NOW ON LINEN ONLY! This dainty scissor keeper, embroidered in soft vintage colours, was designed to match the Victorian pincushion.
N.B. Please note that threads, ribbons and needles are NOT included in our Pattern & Prints.
DESIGN SIZE: Finished size of design approx: 3½” x 2” or 8cm x 5cm (embroidered area). A 5” or 12cm hoop/frame is needed to complete this embroidery.
CONTENTS: The design is screened onto linen/cotton blend fabric. The pattern and print includes the design screened onto the fabric, fabric for the back and front of the scissor keeper and muslin/calico for backing, a comprehensive set of photographs, instructions and stitch glossary. It can simply be used as a beautiful ornament or put to good use to contain your favourite pair of needlework scissors.
This design is also available as a Full Kit.
There is an accompanying pincushion design that you can purchase as a Pattern & Print, or a Full Kit in Bright or Victorian colours. Alternatively, you can also embroider this design as a Picture for Framing available as a Full Kit or Pattern & Print.
