This design appeared in Stitch Magazine(UK) and was featured in the March/April 2025 edition, on the front cover.
I love my cottage garden and always aspire to growing a quintessentially English country garden – courtesy of the weather, bugs and various other factors, this does not always happen – far easier to stitch it! I created this design, combining both silk ribbons as well as perle and stranded cotton threads, to create this typical country garden scene.
DESIGN SIZE: The design measures 5½” x 7½” or 14cm x 19cm. It can be worked in an 10″ hoop or 12 inch slate frame. The finished item may be made be framed or made up into a cushion.
KIT CONTENTS: The kit contains the design screened onto the fabric, muslin for backing, felt for padding, instructions, stitch glossaries and colour photographs.

All of my designer kits are beautifully packaged and presented in cellophane bags, making them very suitable as gifts.
