I am a registered member of ACID (Anti Copying In Design). All designs and embroidery projects featured on lornabatemanembroidery.com, my Etsy store and my accompanying social media sites are my own work and designs, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.

I am an independent artist and a small business owner who has worked very hard to create the embroidery kits, patterns and designs that you see – and therefore I take breaches of copyright very seriously.

All photographs featured on this site are my intellectual property and may not be used without my permission. This extends to photographs featured on my Etsy store as well as on my Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram pages.

As a registered member of ACID I endorse design originality and not design thieves. As a member of ACID I am supported by the organisation in any breaches of my intellectual property rights.

While I am happy for you to sell any items you make using my kits, patterns and tutorials, I do ask that you credit me as the designer. I kindly ask that you do not copy or share my patterns or instructions. If you wish to teach one of my designs please contact me first for permission.
