What payment methods can i use?

We now offer an alternative card option to Paypal.You asked and we listened! Following the launch of the new site we noticed an increase in cancelled orders and had several customers contact us to tell us PayPal had tried to force them to sign up in order to place their order.

We understand that not everyone wants to share their details with PayPal and create an account. Unfortunately this is a security measure from PayPal that occasionally happens and is out of our hands.

To avoid this, you’ll be pleased to know that we have added a new secure payment gateway to the site that allows you to use all major credit and debit cards without signing up or using PayPal. Simply select the Credit Card (Stripe) option at the checkout.

We also accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards. We are geared to take CARD PAYMENTS, without customers necessarily going through a PayPal account. If you click on the PayPal checkout button, you are then taken to the payment page, where you have two options – either login to your PayPal account OR use the DEBIT and CREDIT card options, available for paying without a PayPal account.

can i obtain a vat receipt?

We are not VAT registered so unfortunately cannot provide VAT receipts.

how much do you charge for delivery?

where is my order?

If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time then please contact us. See the delivery page for details on delivery times.

do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship all over the world. We recommend all international orders are insured so please select this option at the checkout. More details can be found on the delivery page.

what is a downloadable product?

Many of my embroidery patterns are available as a physical printed tutorial with a print OR as a digital PDF download of the instructions. If you choose the digital option then your pattern will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being processed.

i haven’t received my pdf pattern

Please allow 24 hours for your pattern to be sent to you. It will be sent by email so please check your spam folder, just in case!
